Redefining Your Normal
Currently there are two services available – both of which are carried out remotely via Zoom. The first is a 90-minute Wellness Consult and the second, a 12-week program to dive deep and get to the heart of your stress and anxiety. If you are interested in Apex products, the Wellness Consult is required as a minimum. For all others the 12-week program is recommended for you to make lasting change after completion of the program. If you are local to Tahoe, I would love to meet you in person at a Nature Coaching session!

WELLNESS CONSULT
Consult – 90-minutes
This 90-minute consult dives deep in to your health history, current issues and includes (where appropriate) tips, tricks, recipes or even a juice cleanse. Everything is tailor-made! The Wellness Consult can be used as a one off, every week, every few months or as a springboard to the Revive and Rejuvenate programs.
Note: A Wellness Consult is required before ordering Apex products.

12 Weeks 1-to-1s
Jump start your healthy habits today with 8, 45-minute 'face-to-face' Zoom calls over 12 weeks.
Great for reducing stress and anxiety, increasing energy or banishing low mood. 12 weeks is enough time to uncover the root of certain issues and provide you with tools for lasting change.
Topics covered may include: sleep, diet, movement, relationships, career, self-care, nature, toxins. It's up to you!
Package includes:
- 8, 45-minute Zoom calls
- Deep dive into your goals
- Actionable takeaways and tools
- Handouts and worksheets (where appropriate)
- Support and questions via email in between calls

REJUVENATE
